Nutrition Coaching

In order to bridge the gap between our personal training services and the products we sell, we offer nutrition coaching. We think it is important that you understand how to maximize the benefits of your training and the supplements you take by taking control of your lifestyle habits. 

What is nutrition coaching?

During coaching sessions, we work on guiding you through important and sustainable eating and lifestyle changes. Unlike most nutrition professionals, we do not provide meal plans or short term diets for you to follow. Instead, we help you build the skills and habits needed to look and feel better for the rest of your life.

How can you help me?

We can help you decide which steps you want to take towards the healthiest, fittest, strongest version of yourself by going through our "flow" with you:

We start by getting to know you. We want to know what you eat, how much water you drink, your body composition (if you're comfortable sharing it with us), what your sleep quality is like and what affects it, your work schedule, what your schedule looks like, how stressed you are and why, how often you exercise and at what intensity, and anything you are willing to share with us.

Together, we will analyze your environment, your needs, and your willingness to change/improve and decide on what to work on first, depending on your goals. If you don't already have goals, we can help you establish them!

We will help you implement little changes one at a time, sustainably. Week after week, you will be able to see and feel a change without having to go through an intense diet, never-ending fast, or a strict meal plan. 

What happens when I have achieved my goal(s)?

Once you have achieved the goals we had decided on in the beginning, it is time to establish new ones! We think it is important to continue to work towards something specific at all times, and we are here to help you create your dream body/mind/self!

How often do I have to meet with you and for how long?

We recommend meeting on a weekly basis for 30 minutes.
